Presentation
If this construction-based team building event is a classic, it is also a cohesive, fun and interesting highlight for managers. Teamwork and project management skills are much needed in this challenge as the objective is to design and create a Formula 1 cardboard car and race it to the final Grand Prix!
The less technical but more creative participants will contribute to the challenge by customizing the car and composing the group cheer to support the riders.
